Cancelling your Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

An appointment system is in operation and the surgery should be contacted in person for appointments from 8.30am on the day or pre-booked in advance.

Health promotions, including advice on diet, exercise, smoking and alcohol
Blood pressure and urine checks
Immunisation, both routine child and adult and for travellers with advice on precautions when abroad
Breast examination
Dressings and removal of stiches
Ear syringing
Well-person health checks, including new patient screening
Warfarin monitoring

Weight Management Clinic

This clinic is run by both of our well qualified and trained Nursing team and involves the following:

- Weight Check

- Advice about how to lose/gain weight

- Diet & Exercise advice

- Referral for local exercise classes

If you feel like you need some help with your weight, then please talk to Reception who would be happy to arrange a convenient time for you to come in and see our nurses

Then you may be eligible for a free NHS health check!

What is a NHS Health Check?

A NHS Health check is something that people with no underlying health condition are invited for every 5 years to assess their risk of heart disease, stroke, kidney disease and diabetes and will be given support and advice to help them reduce or manage that risk.

Travel Vaccinations

Our practice nurses offer travel injections if you are travelling to a country where these are needed. You will need to complete a travel form found at reception or online before we book this appointment for you as the nurse has to assess your need for the vaccinations.

Please call us on 0203 770 6071 three days after you hand the form in so that the nurse has enough time to look through your past records and we can then inform you of the injections you require and the time scale needed.

Unfortunately for some vaccinations are charged for. Please ask reception for more details.

Warfarin Clinic

We currently run a warfarin/INR clinic for patients who take warfarin. You do not need to be registered at our practice as a patient to come here for the clinic.

The clinics are currently run on a Tuesday between 10.30 - 3.30 and Thursday between 10.30 and 12.30.

As we are the central HUB for warfarin in the community we are looking to extend this clinic in future.
