Cancelling your Appointment


If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.


An appointment system is in operation and the surgery should be contacted in person for appointments from 8.30am on the day or pre-booked in advance.

Corona Virus update: In view of the current situation we have decided to suspend all online bookings for the time being and we are trying to limit face-to-face consultations, unless absolutely necessary. Please call us at 8am as usual and ask for a telephone appointment with the GP or nurse. The GP will then return your call to discuss your issue and help you. Please request repeat prescriptions via your pharmacy, online, email or in the post box outside. Please do not come into the surgery.

Please do not delay getting health care. If you need urgent medical help and It is not an emergency, contact your GP or NHS111 online or telephone NHS111 first. During the COVID19 pandemic it's important that A & E is only used by those with serious or life threatening problems. There are many ways to get the right care at the right time via, your pharmacist and your GP. Your GP offers online, telephone and video consultations. If you are invited in for a face to face appointment, infection control measures are in place to keep patients and staff safe.
