Text Messaging

We use a text messaging service called Accurx. This will be used in future for vaccination bookings, Asthma questionnaires, Collecting other data to add onto your clinical system. The text will come from "GWS" if you have any queries please call us on 0203 770 6071 and we will be happy to help you with anything.  Text reminders are now turned on for appointments.


Cancelling appointments

Please can you contact us on 0203 770 6071 to cancel any appointments you cannot make as we can give this appointment to another patient. We have a voicemail specifically for this so you do not need to hold.


All our routine appointments are for 10 minutes, and for one person only, if you think you may need more time or you have more than one problem to discuss with the doctor please mention this to the receptionist at the time of making your appointment. They can then give you a longer amount of time with the doctor.
pen12The surgery runs an appointment system. Each consultation will take a different amount of time so the time you are given is a guide only. We cannot guarantee you will be seen exactly on time
We are also on call for emergencies during surgery hours so please be understanding if you are delayed. If you are unable to wait please inform the receptionist and make another appointment. We apologise for any inconvenience that a delay may cause you.
If you are unable to keep an appointment please ensure that you telephone the surgery to cancel as this appointment can be given to somebody else
