Text Messaging

We use a text messaging service called Accurx. This will be used in future for vaccination bookings, Asthma questionnaires, Collecting other data to add onto your clinical system. The text will come from "GWS" if you have any queries please call us on 0203 770 6071 and we will be happy to help you with anything.  Text reminders are now turned on for appointments.

 

Cancelling appointments

Please can you contact us on 0203 770 6071 to cancel any appointments you cannot make as we can give this appointment to another patient. We have a voicemail specifically for this so you do not need to hold.

Extended Hours

The surgery is now offering extended hours between 7am and 8am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday and Friday and on Saturday mornings for patients who find it difficult to attend at our core opening times i.e. patients who work long hours or work some distance away. Please ask at reception if you need to book an appointment during these times.
