Text Messaging

We use a text messaging service called Accurx. This will be used in future for vaccination bookings, Asthma questionnaires, Collecting other data to add onto your clinical system. The text will come from "GWS" if you have any queries please call us on 0203 770 6071 and we will be happy to help you with anything.  Text reminders are now turned on for appointments.

 

Cancelling appointments

Please can you contact us on 0203 770 6071 to cancel any appointments you cannot make as we can give this appointment to another patient. We have a voicemail specifically for this so you do not need to hold.

Repeat Prescription Requests

How do I request a repeat prescription?

All repeat prescription requests should be made in writing, and there is a box at reception for you to put this in. If you work long hours and cannot get to the surgery before we close at 6.30, there is a postbox outside that will get checked every morning when we open.

When can I pick my prescription up?

Prescriptions will be ready 2 working days after they are put in.  (See below table)
